The Perks: Small Portfolio: Manage only 100 properties, 90% of which are within 5-10 minutes of the office, so you'll spend minimal time driving. Support with leasing, BDM & Trust Accounting. Flexibility: Enjoy the option for flexible hours and 1-2 days working from home! Competitive Salary & Benefits: Fuel allowance paid per kilometer and onsite parking provided. Car required, but for the right candidate, open to purchasing a car in the future. The Role: Portfolio Management: Manage a small portfolio of 100 properties, 90% 5-10 minutes from the office – minimal driving! No Leasing or Trust Accounting: Focus purely on end-to-end portfolio management – no leasing, BDM or trust accounting responsibilities. Car Parking: Onsite parking available.
