With a fully qualified Leasing Consultant and Administrator to support, you will be required to:
Manage a portfolio of 160 properties all based in the same suburb!
Maintaining relationships with landlords/owners Conducting repairs and maintenance Rental arrears management Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports Carry out regular rent and lease reviews Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required The Candidate:
