Our clients are market leaders across Retail Leasing and Asset Management and are seeking an experienced Property Manager to manage the day-to-day operations across their assets located on the Central Coast.
The Role:
As a Property Manager, your responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
Managing a quality portfolio of a mixed retail portfolio Driving the day-to-day operations including financial management of rents, leases, arrears, and outgoings Maintaining relationships with stakeholders Co-ordination and implementation of operational compliance and risk management of the assets Monthly reporting and regular property inspections The Ideal Candidate:
