Their shareholders represent a substantial Australian superannuation fund members and are long-term investors with interests in a diverse range of Australian and international infrastructure assets.
The Role: We are seeking a highly organised and confident Lease Administrator to manage and oversee the lease administration process for a diverse and complex portfolio, primarily focused on infrastructure sites. This role requires significant stakeholder management and the ability to drive timelines, ensure compliance, and track documentation in a dynamic environment.
Lease management Stakeholder coordination Document and report tracking Data management Compliance oversight Timeline and task management Desired Skills & Experience: Strong organisational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously Confident communicator, able to chase and coordinate stakeholders across different functions to drive outcomes Experience with YARDI and Microsoft365 (or similar software) Knowledge of lease agreements and experience in lease administration is a plus Background in infrastructure-related portfolios (e.g., ports, material handling, industrial sites) is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records Proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Please call Liz Murphy for more information or email your CV to .
