The Responsibilities
Construction cost & buildability assessment of early concept designs including cost estimates for feasibility purposes. Actively build strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage ongoing communication, inclusive of regular reporting and meetings. Purchaser/client/tenant variations scope, pricing & delivery. Chairing/attending meetings of builders and design consultants. Monitor and implement detailed programs for Design, approvals, procurement, and construction. Cost control and cash flow management. Overview and guide consultant input including design/recommendations/solution and response in a timely manner. Ideal Skills/Experience
At least 5 years in managing new built-form projects. Prior experience in managing a full project lifecycle in built-form. High-rise development experiences favorable. Exceptional stakeholder management skills. Leadership experience, managing a team of project managers and contract administrators. Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent. Contract management & strong negotiation skills. Strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
