The Role
As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring they meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Managing project delivery from inception to completion, ensuring milestones and client expectations are met. Coordinating and managing teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow. Overseeing the preparation and submission of project documentation, reports, and budgets. Managing risks, addressing issues, and providing solutions to ensure successful project outcomes. Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships.
The Criteria
2+ years experience as a Project Manager, delivering projects up to $3M – those with background working for a subcontractor to the builder are encouraged to apply 4+ years experience as a Contracts Administrator, working across projects up to $10M. A strong background in managing teams, budgets, and project schedules. The ability to interpret construction drawings and contracts, ensuring compliance and accuracy. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
