As the People & Culture Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the workplace culture and ensuring the employees are engaged, motivated, and thriving. You will be responsible for implementing HR strategies, managing talent acquisition, fostering employee development, and ensuring a seamless experience for all team members.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute people strategies aligned with business goals Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract top talent Promote employee engagement through programs, events, and initiatives Provide guidance and support on performance management, conflict resolution, and employee relations Design and implement training and development programs to enhance team skills Advocate for a diverse, inclusive, and positive workplace culture What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a similar HR or People & Culture role (property industry experience would be advantageous) OR experience as an Office Manager who has dealt with HR duties MUST hold a degree in HR or have a transferable skill set Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills A proactive and solution-oriented mindset Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment A passion for supporting and empowering teams to succeed Strong management and communication skills Proactive with a strong sense of urgency Why Join Us?
