The Role:
Manage a portfolio of under 50 properties Conduct ingoing and outgoing property inspections Complete routine inspections and property reviews Process and review tenant applications Liaise with tenants and landlords Negotiate rental agreements and coordinate repairs and maintenance
The Candidate:
Previous real estate/property management experience Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Familiarity with Property Tree software A Certificate of Registration or Property Management License
