The Role:Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of property managers and leasing agents to deliver exceptional service and achieve operational excellence.Cultivate strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and stakeholders to foster a positive and collaborative community atmosphere.Stay abreast of market trends, industry regulations, and best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Lead by example, motivate the team, and encourage them to succeed.Oversee and implement strategies and procedures.Ensure KPIs are met across the team.Investigate and manage escalated issues with your team and external clientele.Work within the Leadership Team to ensure profitability and growth.The Candidate:Strong Property Managers looking for a Team Leader/Department Head role will be considered.Ideally have experience with managing and mentoring staff.Motivating, innovative, and driven to succeed.Ability to prioritize your own and your team's time.Conflict Resolution - highly experienced with QCAT and tribunals.Lead a highly successful department!Develop team strengths and improve areas needing further development.Current Real Estate License / Certificate of Registration.This is a highly desirable position that is sure to be snatched up!
