As the Leasing Consultant, you will be the driving force that delivers a refreshing and unique approach to achieve the best possible results. Supporting a Property Management team, this role will see you utilise your communication, organisational and relationship management skills daily. Your day to day duties will include but are not limited to:
Handling & addressing rental enquiries via email and phone Conducting open homes and open for inspections Ingoing & outgoing inspections Routine inspections & Saturday work Diary Management Prepare properties for online advertising Lease sign ups Preparing leases and lease packs Ad hoc administration duties The Candidate:
We are looking for someone who is ready to join one of Sydney's most exclusive teams. You will have:
A current Certificate of Registration Your own car and a valid driver's license Previous Real Estate Experience is ideal Excellent communication skills both written and verbal The ability to conduct yourself in a professional manner You must be capable of providing a 6-star service Work well with targets & a lucrative commission structure!
