About the Role
In this pivotal role, you will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless lease administration processes. You will manage lease agreements, oversee compliance, and contribute to our exceptional tenant experience.
Your key responsibilities will include: Managing lease documentation, renewals, and critical dates. Maintaining accurate lease records and ensuring database integrity. Assisting with the preparation of reports, budgets, and forecasting. Liaising with tenants, landlords, and legal teams on lease-related matters. Resolving lease discrepancies and ensuring compliance with regulations. Supporting the property management team with ad hoc administrative tasks. About You To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience in lease administration, property management, or a related field with a clear understanding of the Retail Leases ACT Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships. Proficiency in lease management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
