The Client
Our client is a Top Tier Commercial Property Group that is seeking to appoint a Retail and Commercial Lease Administration Manager to join their high-performing team.In place is a highly regarded management team that has a commitment to providing a positive and professional working environment for their employees.
The Responsibilities
As aRetail and Commercial Lease Administration Manager your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Prepare letters of offer, Heads of Agreement, disclosure statements & distributing lease documentation Assisting with the preparation of monthly reports Negotiate lease clauses with landlord solicitors Ongoing review of minimum leasing requirements Preparing approval submissions as well as other items such as insurance, bank guarantees, etc Supporting the Compliance Manager and the Property Management team on certain leasing issues and negotiating a mutually satisfying outcome. Compliance and reporting Skills and Experience
