You'll lead a team of skilled Carpenters and Apprentices on bespoke, architecturally designed residential projects.
Collaborating closely with the Senior Site Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, coordinate with the construction team, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Ideal Candidate: We're looking for a hands-on leader passionate about craftsmanship and team collaboration. Your background will include:
Proven experience as a Carpenter, ideally within high-end residential or architecturally designed builds. Strong leadership and mentoring skills to inspire and guide a small on-site team. Confidence in managing subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries. Proficiency in reading and executing construction plans and schedules. Ownership of all necessary powered and hand tools to perform carpentry tasks. Qualifications Minimum 3 years as a qualified Carpenter. A valid driver's license and own vehicle.
