What You'll Be Doing: Supporting a Senior Property Manager with a portfolio of approximately 250 properties—no two days are the same! Managing repairs, maintenance, and work orders to keep everything running smoothly. Sending notices to tenants and delivering a customer service experience that wows. Communicating with owners and tenants, even meeting onsite when needed—perfect for someone who loves interacting with people! Taking care of rental arrears and lease renewals—be the problem solver! Issuing breach notices when required, ensuring everything stays on track. Using Property Tree software to stay organised and efficient. What You Bring to the Table: 1+ years of leasing or property management experience—bring your skills and build on them! COR or Real Estate Licence (essential for the role).
