They are seeking a Junior Property Manager to manage a small portfolio and help support a Senior Property Manager with a mix of in-office and out-of-office duties!

Manage a small onsite portfolio of just 40 properties with support Assist the Senior Property Manager with their portfolio Conduct routine inspections Lodge and follow-up maintenance work orders Conduct entry and exit condition reports Application processing Open homes and private inspections Administration & lease sign-up packs The Candidate:
Previous experience in Property Management A current QLD Certificate of Registration essential Valid drivers license Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Friendly and enthusiastic personality Excellent time management skills This is your opportunity to be part of something great with a company that will support your progression within the company.
