The Client Our client is a leading finance and property group dedicated to helping investors build wealth through property, whether they're first-time homebuyers or seasoned investors. They specialize in all aspects of the residential market, including refinances, property purchases, construction, and SMSF (Self-Managed Super Funds). With a diverse, multinational client base and exclusive access to off-the-plan and new construction opportunities, they leverage a robust database to deliver tailored solutions. From the initial consultation to the final investment, they provide comprehensive support to guide clients through every step of their property journey.

The Role As the Finance Manager, you'll be responsible for leading collaboration and driving financial excellence between the finance and sales teams. You'll be leading a team of dedicated brokers, ensuring smooth closures of property finance deals to reach company financial goals.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the growth of the finance division, focusing on expanding the team to align with the company's operational objectives. Collaborate closely with the General Manager and Sales Manager to ensure financial strategies are in sync with sales targets. Support Brokers with complex deal structures as needed, while enhancing their skills for future opportunities. Oversee the finance division's role in property finance transactions, ensuring efficient communication and timely execution. Coordinate with the head office and broker support teams to ensure finance approvals are processed within set deadlines. Anticipate and address potential challenges in advance to prevent delays and ensure smooth deal closures. Identify and evaluate financial risks related to property finance deals, proactively managing potential future issues. Prepare regular performance reports for the finance divisions, offering insights and recommendations for operational improvements. Promote a collaborative culture between Brokers, the Broker Support team, and the Head Office to enhance overall performance. Key Skills & Requirements: Previous experience working within banking/finance/investments is essential. Excellent attention to detail and financial acumen. Experience as a Broker Development Manager is highly regarded.
