The Client:Our client is a private organisation that owns, develops and actively manages a diversified property portfolio. This role will see you joining a high-performing team working on a quality portfolio of retail assets.The RoleOur client is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Facilities Manager to operate the assets efficiently. Responsibilities include but are not limited to;Provide technical and operational process supportEstablish and maintain positive relationships with all key stakeholdersPreparing, executing, and managing cost-effective maintenance operations asset-wideAssist in the preparation of annual operating budget/s, financial reporting, and Capex managementEnsure compliance with OH&S and high-level Risk Management is providedIntermittent onsite inspections and reporting for each site and its internalsManaging contractors around the reliability, sustainability, and preservationSkills & ExperienceTo be successful in this role you will have:5+ years Facilities Management experienceStrong communication skills & attention to detailStrong financial acumenManage minor CAPEX projects, OHS, emergency issues and property maintenance;Experience with preventative maintenance schedulingExperience in the management of subcontractorsand suppliersProactive, hands-on approach and strong organisational skillsBenefitsAttractive remuneration packageSupportive working environment & cultureGreat locationAPPLY NOWor callMilli Hargreavesonfor more information or email your CV toAll applications will be held in the strictest of confidence.
