This is an Agent with top sales results on the Lower North Shore in Mosman. With over 20 years of experience, my client is a top performing agent operating out of a long established and stunning modern office and with a genuine passion for real estate. Consistent with repeat business and referrals, this is an opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant to work alongside an agent that delivers exceptional service.
The Role:
Monday – Friday, this is a fast-paced role working within a highly successful team that will challenge and excite you. On a day-to-day basis, this role will see you completing administration, marketing, and handling a busy workload for a small team:

Prepare listing kits and marketing of properties Marketing and social media management Diary Management/organise appointments Attending meetings with photographers, stylists, and buyers Liaise with vendors and buyers Database entry and management Client relationships and management Auction and open home preparation Conducting pre-settlements and settlements of properties The Candidate: A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration Previous experience in Real Estate is essential Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills Excellent Word/Outlook & computer skills The ability to work proactively and independently A valid driver's license Strong administration and communication skills The Benefits: Monday – Friday Position Support a Top Performing Agent within a LARGE network Excellent Team Culture & Structure Huge Team Great dollars plus bonuses provided High End Properties – the average sale of around $5 million To Apply:
