This leading developer is helmed by an entrepreneurial Director with strong market knowledge and a focus on the Lower North Shore. They are seeking a proactive and customer-service-driven Property Manager to join their team and manage a tidy, local portfolio in a low-stress environment.
The Role:
As a Property Manager, you'll be responsible for:
Managing your own portfolio of properties Leasing and conducting property inspections Building and maintaining relationships with tenants Handling arrears management and coordinating maintenance requests Conducting move-in/move-out inspections and approving tenancy applications Attending tribunal hearings (if required) Coordinating repairs with tradespeople Managing landlord insurance claims The Ideal Candidate:
Previous Property Management experience Current Certificate of Registration, valid driver's license, and own car Immaculate presentation and excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A positive, 'can-do' attitude Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) would be an advantage
