As a Contracts Administrator, you'll be an integral part of the project delivery team, ensuring contracts and financial aspects are managed seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include:
Administering contracts on commercial construction projects. Preparing project documentation, reports, and correspondence. Coordinating with estimators and project managers to let trade contracts to subcontractors. Managing expenditure, budgeting, and payment processing. Liaising with clients and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations. The Criteria Degree/Diploma in building/construction, or other recognised tertiary or trade qualification in a construction related field. A minimum of 2+ years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of delivering commercial projects, above $5M in value. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to foster & develop lasting relationships with clients, stakeholders, trades & subcontractors. A solutions-focused mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach.
