We're seeking an Industrial Property Manager to join a respected property firm and manage high-profile industrial and strata tenants. You'll receive strong support from a dedicated facilities team, ensuring you have the resources to thrive.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day management of a diverse portfolio, including rent reviews and lease renewals Maintain property standards in alignment with lease agreements and building regulations Address tenant and owner queries, ensuring efficient management of maintenance requests and service issues Regularly report to clients on property status, including compliance with safety, insurance, and legislative requirements Develop new business opportunities and enhance existing client relationships Perform property inspections, manage work orders, and ensure timely follow-up Handle general administration tasks, including database management and CRM updates (Re-leased / Cirrus 8) What We're Looking For: Minimum 2+ years' experience in Commercial Property Management Proven ability to manage a portfolio of properties independently Strong business acumen with a proactive approach to client relationships and new business development High level of professionalism, communication, and presentation Current Salesperson Real Estate Registration or full license, along with a valid driver's license and car Strong problem-solving skills, excellent time management, and a keen attention to detail If you're ready to take your property management career to the next level, we want to hear from you!
