The RoleDuties will include:
Negotiation of leases Oversight of lease documentation and disclosure statements Rent reviews, abatements, and collecting arrears Maintain up-to-date tenancy schedules and market rent reviews Periodic inspections Management of maintenance and reporting for each site Prepare annual budgets & other associated reporting
The Criteria
