What You'll Do: Manage lease administration Conduct property inspections and oversee maintenance Handle financial administration Manage databases (Re-Leased / Cirrus 8) Organise and file essential documentation Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and contractors Ensure compliance with regulations Assist with marketing efforts Who You Are: Efficient and results-oriented Hold a Certificate of real estate registration Quick to learn and adapt Strong with numbers and communication Detail-oriented and precise Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools Motivated to excel A problem-solver with a can-do attitude Exceptionally organised and capable of multitasking In possession of a valid driver's license and a presentable vehicle If you'd like to know more information about the role and company, then please contact Hayley on 0410 789 088 .
