Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to the property management team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Manage key issuance and coordinate property management tasks efficiently.
Perform administrative duties, including processing applications, conducting reference checks, and handling routine inspections.
Assist with ad hoc tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
Contribute to improving the overall operational efficiency of the property management department.
Skills & Experience:
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
A customer-centric approach, with strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service.
Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum 6 months of experience in property management, with a solid understanding of the industry.
