Gough Recruitment is delighted to partner with a renowned architectural firm in Sydney, seeking a Senior Project Architect who shares a passion for architecture and community development.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Architect with over 10 years of expertise, particularly in the residential and commercial sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and delivering complex projects from inception to completion. This role offers the chance to lead a dynamic team, work on high-profile projects, and contribute to the growth and success of a respected firm.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage architectural projects with a focus on residential and commercial developments. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved. Oversee the design process, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. Mentor and guide junior architects and designers. Effectively manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Ensure the delivery of high-quality architectural design and documentation. Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in residential and commercial design. Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, with significant exposure to residential and commercial projects. Registered Architect in Australia. Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other design tools. Strong leadership and project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. How to Apply:
