Support and assist a team of Strata Managers, be mentored by the best Strata Administration ad-hoc duties Assisting with Managing repairs and maintenance for the Bodies Corporates Liaising with internal and external stakeholders (including Body Corporate and Trades People) as required Risk & Insurance (annual fire safety & insurance checks and quotations) Full training is provided for tasks and processes that you are not familiar with The Candidate must possess:
