We have 2 fantastic opportunities for a Property Manager to join a leading agency in the Wollongong area. With a local portfolio made up of 120 - 180 properties and the assistance of a supportive department head, these roles offer an ideal platform for a candidate who wishes to grow and thrive in the industry.
The Duties: Manage a portfolio of 120 - 180 properties Leasing & Junior for support No leasing Support for ingoings, outgoings, routines Sending out notices to tenants Delivering exceptional customer service Communicating with owners and tenants Managing rental arrears Negotiating lease renewals Issuing breach notices as required The Requirements: Previous experience in managing a rental portfolio Holds a Valid Certificate of Registration (Essential) Exceptional customer service skills High communication skills both written and verbal Great time management and organizational skills Strong maturity The ability to work in a team The Benefits: Competitive salary on offer – up to $90K!
