Salaries start from: $82,000 - $105,000 + Super + Benefits
Key Details: Paediatric caseload: 80% based in Clinic, 20% in the community presenting with neurodiverse or physical conditions Professional Development Allowance: $3000 PD allowance + 1:1 supervision + group supervision Benefits: Salaries starting at $82,000 - $105,000 + Super + Benefits $3000 Professional Development Allowance Optional weekly or fortnightly 1:1 supervision Weekly group supervision to discuss complex cases Opportunities for leadership roles as the team grows Flexible working hours, option to work a 9 day fortnight Manageable billable hours (22.4 - 25 per week) Bonus structure for exceeding billables Structured onboarding process with a gradual increase of caseload Excellent work culture! Support on Offer: Access to $3000 PD Allowance per year Optional weekly or fortnightly clinical supervision Weekly group supervision to discuss complex cases with your peers Fortnightly "operational supervision" to get support on processes or any other operational needs Monthly RDO Flexible working hours Your Role: Depending on your level of experience, you will have a billable target of 22.4 - 25 per week, where you will see 4-5 clients a day. You will support paediatric participants (ages 3-18 years) presenting with neurodiverse and physical conditions needing support with:
Learning difficulties Executive functioning Fine motor and gross motor skills Emotional and behavioural regulation Feeding and mealtimes Play and social skills Sleep Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy AHPRA registration Unrestricted working rights in Australia Drivers licence and own vehicle Interested in this position or know someone who might be?
