About the RoleBHP Billiton Mitsubishi Alliance (BMA) is a world-class business, built on the strengths of BHP Billiton and Mitsubishi.
BMA is part of the world's largest diversified resources company managing various mines and a port in Central Queensland.
Opportunities are currently available at our Goonyella mine for Dragline Operators to work on a Lifestyle Roster reporting to the Supervisor Draglines.
Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: Demonstrated commitment to safety, health, the community and the environmentWorking cooperatively within a team to achieve safe production targetsContributes to the operation of mobile machinery and other plant in an open cut environmentApply technical expertise to solve problems and deliver for the customer.About YouAt least 2-3 years experience as a dragline operatorExperience operating Marion 8050 & Bucyrus 1370Demonstrated experience operating D10, D11 DozersDemonstrated experience operating a Cable TractorExperience operating Graders is also preferredAbout our ProcessAt BHP, we are committed to employing individuals who align with the BHP Charter Values and meet the requirements of the role.
