The role of Senior Ticket Seller is to provide an efficient and effective service to the community as well as ensuring a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for customers to enjoy a cinematic experience.
To be successful in this position you will have:
Demonstrated experience in providing quality customer service; Understanding of the process of preparing and promoting movies and stage performances; Experience in stock management; Experience with projection and theatre equipment (desirable); Experience in events management and bookings (desirable).
