As a Senior Educator at Goodstart, you'll take charge of your own room, leading a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional educational programs.
You'll collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.

Our 145-place centre is a welcoming and fun environment.
Centre is highly engaged with families and community.
Incursions (e.g., Dentist, Fire Brigade, Police officer visits etc.)
and Excursions (e.g.
Local community walks etc.)
that occur.

You'll Need
Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Current Victorian Working with Children Check.
