About Goodstart Ballajura We are situated on a quiet street close to local schools and shops, and our car park is at the front of the centre making it easy for you to get to work and local amenities. You'll be joining an established service which has been operational for more than 14 years, educating and caring for many children in the community who eventually move from our care to the local schools. As Educational Leader, you'll work with our Educators to provide a welcome space each morning, allowing children to feel welcomed into the centre. You'll take pride in your environment and ensure each room is a calm, relaxing, child-friendly space enhanced with elements of nature. We aim at engaging children through the purposeful setup of play stations across our environments, maximizing children's outcomes for learning and their opportunity to grow and develop through sensory, play-based learning.
