As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you'll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.
In this role, you will:
Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practiceBuild and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvementWork with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating businessAbout Goodstart Mildura – Matthew Flinders Drive
115 Place centre located in close proximity to Mildura Central shopping centre, local primary schools as well as TAFE and La Trobe University.Join an established leadership team with two Assistant Directors operating at the centreNear to sister centre – 11th Street, for support and peer networking.Part of the local community for over 20 years and a part of Goodstart since 2011Supported by experienced Centre CoachRelocation support may be available to eligible candidatesWhat Goodstart can offer you:
