As a Centre Director at Goodstart, you'll be at the heart of our leadership team, playing a pivotal role in supporting and developing the Teachers and Educators in your centre. You'll build strong, meaningful relationships with children, families, and communities, fully embracing the profound impact of your role in their lives.
In this role, you will: Deliver our bespoke learning program developed in collaboration with global leaders in pedagogical practice. Build and encourage a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement. Work with your team to plan for the future of your centre, building the attendance pipeline and maintaining a revenue-generating business. About Goodstart: Underdale opened in 2019, the early learning centre features six separate, naturally inspired learning spaces. The environments have been specifically designed to engage, challenge and excite the children throughout all of their developmental stages. 112 place centre, catering for the early learning age groups of 6 weeks to 5 years. The centre is open from 6.30am to 6.30pm, Monday to Friday. What Goodstart can offer you: At least 12% above the award rate. You'll need: A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards). Experience with leading and managing change within education, health or community services. Experience in delivering integrated early childhood services in areas of disadvantage. Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
