Pay: $38.12 - $59.13

As the Assistant Director at Goodstart New Lambton, you will have the unique opportunity to take your career to the next level, sharpen your leadership skills, and contribute to building a thriving business. In this role, you will:
Support the Centre Director in leading the team to provide high-quality early learning and care Mentor and build capabilities within the centre team Be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence Utilize and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide By joining our team, you will be part of a supportive and collaborative environment that values your contributions and encourages your growth. You will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated leadership team, build respectful and reciprocal relationships with families, and actively engage with local community networks.
