What You'll Do:
Drive Financial Excellence: Manage pricing tools, traded commodities, and position reports to provide accurate insights and financial performance.
Optimize Marketing & Trade Spend: Analyze promotional investments, trading terms, and marketing budgets to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Deliver Performance Insights: Oversee financial integrity during month-end, forecast reviews, and provide compelling performance commentary.
Partner for Success: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to deliver actionable profitability analyses, pricing recommendations, and ad hoc project support.
What You'll Bring:
We're looking for someone who's ready to take ownership and make an impact, with:
Proven Commercial Finance Analyst Experience: A few years working in a fast-paced, commercial environment (FMCG or retail experience highly desirable).
Exceptional Communication Skills: Confidence to engage, challenge and collaborate effectively across teams.
Strong Analytical Expertise: A sharp eye for detail with problem-solving skills and a solutions-focused mindset.
Tech-Savvy Approach: Advanced Excel capabilities (Macros, Power Pivot, Conditional Sum) and experience with tools like SAP, BW, and BI platforms.
Professional Drive: Business qualifications are desirable but not essential—we're more interested in your personality, passion and potential!
