Senior Project Manager Goodline has been awarded a major expansion project for Rio Tinto on their Cape Lambert Site located within the Pilbara region of W.A. The project scope is to introduce High Density Ore to the Cape Lambert A site, which includes the heavy brownfield Civil, SMPE&I construction to upgrade eleven chutes throughout the site.
QUALIFICATIONS Degree qualification in Engineering or Trade Tertiary qualification in Project Management About the role: FIFO role from Perth to site (Karratha) on a Monday to Friday basis to ensure full-time weekly coverage for the project. Lead and deliver a large brownfield project, ensuring the project is completed safely, to a quality standard for our client and on schedule. Weekly reporting to Senior Leadership Team on safety, budget, schedule, and quality. Support the site construction team with project life cycle. Provide expert advice on budgeting, planning, scheduling, cost estimating, and control to project team and stakeholders. Provide in-field support to improve safety culture and outcomes across the site. Mentor site construction team members to foster career development and team capabilities. About you: You will have a minimum of 15 years working experience within the mining industry in similar roles of heavy brownfield Civil, SMPE&I nature with comprehensive knowledge of core fundamentals of project management.

Proven Project Management experience in mining or heavy industry. Demonstrated people leader with significant experience in leading, developing, managing, motivating, and guiding teams to excel while embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Demonstrated ability to work at multiple levels of stakeholder management across various disciplines. Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver multi-disciplined, technical construction projects in the mining and construction industry. Demonstrated contract management experience in industrial construction environments. Oversight of site-based construction management team in managing contract administration functions. Lead by example and assist in the development of the project team's culture surrounding safety, quality, and environmental management. Highly-developed and effective interpersonal and communication skills.
