The Role
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to lead and manage a variety of human resource functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with relevant legislation. This role requires a proactive and people-focused individual who can provide strategic HR guidance and operational support.
Key Accountabilities
Provide advice and support on employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and workplace policies. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with organizational objectives. Manage recruitment processes, including job advertisements, interviews, and selection. Oversee employee training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities. Ensure compliance with employment laws, workplace safety regulations, and NDIS standards. Facilitate effective communication between management and employees. Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports as needed. Drive initiatives to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace. Skills And Experience
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a human resources role. Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, Fair works, SCHADS Award and compliance requirements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment. Experience in the disability services sector or NDIS framework (desirable but not essential). High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Benefits
