About the role: Good Sammy is looking for a highly motivated, commercial-focused, and detail-oriented NDIS Client & Claims Manager to join our team. In this key role, you'll ensure all eligible services delivered by Good Sammy are successfully claimed from the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) and the Department of Social Services (DSS), supporting sustainable and high-quality service delivery.
You'll oversee funding checks, service agreements, and claims processes, ensuring efficient billing and compliance with NDIS requirements. Additionally, you'll develop reports to track key metrics like productivity and billable hours, using insights to improve compliance and commercial outcomes. You will also invest in the development of your team members to ensure they reach their full potential.
Collaboration is key as you work with customers, employees, and managers to streamline processes, optimise workflows, and implement systems and KPIs that drive performance. You'll also raise awareness of NDIS funding processes, create business rules aligned with NDIS guidelines, and identify areas for improvement, working closely with other teams to implement changes.
Your expertise will help build NDIS funding acumen across the organisation, ensuring compliance with pricing arrangements. You'll also manage escalation and resolution processes for outstanding claims, non-payments, and unclaimed services, ensuring smooth and timely outcomes.
