Golf Services Attendant – Mt Warren Park Golf Club

About the Role We are seeking a casual Golf Services Attendant to join our dynamic team at the Mt Warren Park Golf Club.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our golf club members and visitors.
What You'll Be Doing Greeting and assisting members and guests in the pro shop and on the golf course Servicing driving range and range equipment including ball pick up Providing guidance on golf equipment, course conditions, and club facilities Managing the golf cart fleet, including cleaning, charging, and maintaining carts Ensuring the golf course and surrounding areas are well-presented and welcoming Handling cash and completing transactions in the pro shop Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors What We're Looking For Experience in a customer service or retail role, ideally within the golf industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently as required Good organisational and time management skills Familiarity with golf equipment and course operations Have or be able to obtain an RSA Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays What We Offer Competitive hourly rate Opportunity to work in a social, active environment Discounts on food, beverage Ongoing training and development opportunities A welcoming and supportive team culture About Us The Mt Warren Park Golf Club is a premier recreational facility serving the local community.
