As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and energetic Goldy Lager Brand Ambassador to represent CBCo Brewing across the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers. About the Role:
This dynamic role focuses on driving sales, brand visibility, and product distribution for Goldy Lager across National Accounts and On-Trade venues in Queensland. You will play a key part in growing relationships within the hospitality industry, implementing sales strategies, and executing activations and promotions across the allocated territory. Reporting to the Queensland State Sales Manager, you will ensure key sales targets are met, collaborate with distribution teams, and introduce Goldy Lager to both new and existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead sales execution in National Accounts and On-Trade venues across the Gold Coast and Northern Rivers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and distribution partners.
Achieve sales targets, manage trade investments, and grow the distribution of Goldy Lager in a highly competitive market.
Host and activate events, tastings, and promotions, introducing Goldy Lager to new audiences.
Work alongside fellow Brand Ambassadors, Brewers, and the Queensland State Sales Manager to implement sales plans, set projections, and communicate results.
Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand CBCo Brewing's presence in Queensland.
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure efficient stock movement and product quality.
What We're Looking For:
Passion for craft beer and strong knowledge of the Gold Coast hospitality scene.
Experience in a similar role within the drinks industry (craft beer preferred) or hospitality, with a track record of success.
Commercial acumen and the ability to identify and grow strategic relationships.
CRM experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Office 365.
A self-starter with excellent organisation, communication, and time management skills.
Flexibility with working hours, including evenings, weekends, and travel.
