Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for undertaking a variety of tasks involving management of the site administrative team and the coordination of events for Gruyere.
The position's responsibilities also include supporting the site's wider senior management team with administrative requirements.

This role is offered on a 4 days on, 3 days off roster and is a FIFO position from Perth.

Management of the site-based administrative team including training and leave coverage Coordination of administrative activities and responsibilities across the site including with our Business Partners Coordination and management of the site statutory appointment process Assist with administrative aspects of operational activities and projects as directed by the General Manager Coordinate travel arrangements for the General Manager and others as required Assist with social media communications for the Gruyere Gold Mine as well as coordinate on-site and off-site functions Raise Purchase Requisitions and service receipt invoices for Support Services in SAP About you:
