Responsibilities Provide a premium care experience to our clients that is genuine, compassionate and personalised. Deliver care following the client's care plan that has been developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse). Meet the safety needs of the client and use equipment safely and properly. Complete records and documentation accurately and thoroughly. Conduct Nursing Assessments. Skills & Experience Community nursing would be an advantage. Subacute and disability experience. Ability to identify and report client care concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations. Ability to redirect or deescalate behaviours. Diabetes management. Dementia experience would be an advantage. Leadership experience is an advantage. Mandatory Requirements Passionate about making a difference. A self-led leader with the ability to take responsibility for own behaviour & success. Coachable. AHPRA Registration. Registered or Enrolled Nurse. CPR & First Aid Certification. Car & Valid Drivers License. National Police Check (Aged Care/ Vulnerable Persons Sector). NDIS Worker Screening Approval. NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion. Interested?
