GoHosting is looking to expand the team and is seeking a skilled Administration Assistant who is wanting to expand their career and grow with the business.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will be tasked with, but not limited to:
Providing customers with account-related support.
Providing administrative assistance such as organizing meetings, maintaining office supplies, and filing records and documents.
Processing payments, invoices, and quotes.
Utilizing collection procedures and policy guidelines to achieve cash flow.
Our Ideal Candidate
We are seeking individuals with the following skills:
Ability to work under time constraints and handle tasks with discretion and confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and build productive relationships with colleagues, external stakeholders, and customers.
Developed intermediate-level computer literacy.
Minimum of 2 years experience working as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
