About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Advice Delivery to provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and process optimisation to drive the continued growth and scalability of the business. Reporting to the Director of Operations , this role will focus on diagnosing current roadblocks, implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency, and positioning the business for scalable success. This is a pivotal role for an influential leader who thrives in delivering clear outcomes, documented processes, and measurable results.
The priority will be to conduct a comprehensive diagnostic of the business operations, identifying key roadblocks and inefficiencies. Following this, the role will focus on delivering scalable solutions, developing structured solutions with clear, documented processes, while implementing a matrix for time-to-deliver tracking.
Working alongside the Wealth Leadership team, the Head of Advice Delivery will focus on complementing the adviser performance strategy by driving operational efficiencies and streamlining delivery processes.

Responsibilities
Identify operational roadblocks and deliver streamlined, scalable processes to support business growth. Develop tracking frameworks to measure time-to-deliver outcomes effectively. Drive efficiency and oversee integration of newly acquired practices. Collaborate with sales leadership to align processes and enhance adviser performance. Provide regular updates to leadership on progress, outcomes, and challenges. Build trusted relationships and ensure alignment across operational and strategic priorities. What you will bring
7+ years in operational leadership roles within professional or wealth management services. Proven success in diagnosing and resolving business inefficiencies. Experience driving business scaling and process optimisation initiatives. Strong strategic thinking and operational management capabilities. Ability to document and implement measurable, scalable processes. Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Analytical mindset with a focus on delivering results.
