Go to Market Manager About the Role The Go-To-Market Manager will be responsible for the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new and existing products, services and propositions to drive growth and improved customer experience outcomes.
The role requires a good understanding of marketing principles, customer needs, the competitive landscape and the delivery of projects in complex, highly regulated businesses.
The role will work with the CX, Marketing & Innovation team, working closely with cross project teams and operational teams across BVAC (and wider BU's) to drive demand for places in our homes, build the BVAC brand and support customer experience initiatives – particularly those with a focus on improving conversion and retention.

Skills & Experience Bachelors degree in business preferably with a marketing focus Minimum 5 years experience in marketing roles focussed on end to end campaign execution, with experience in local area marketing viewed favourably Experience in aged care or healthcare is desirable but a background in any highly regulated services business such as health, financial services, telecommunications, energy or Government will be considered Demonstrated experience delivering marketing campaigns and programs of work Demonstrated experience working with data, drawing insights and reporting Culture We all share the same purpose at Bupa Aged Care.
