Our client is seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead their Property Management Division and join their high growth organisation on a full time basis located on the Northern ridge of the Gold Coast.
This role would suit those whom enjoy a variety of tasks on a daily basis within a busy & vibrant working environment and dynamic team.
Previous experience within a senior or team leader role Hands on role Highly organised and professional demeanor The ability to manage the team and lead by example The successful candidate will possess the following attributes:
Current QLD Registration Certificate Current Driver's Licence and own vehicle Proficient with high level of knowledge with real estate software programs Enjoy working in a busy but vibrant environments The ability to lead by example, problem solve, team support and be the decision maker when needed.  Flexible working conditions Passionate, bubbly and friendly attitude Very attractive salary package on offer to the successful applicant
