The Go Money BDM will support LMG and the white label BDM team nationally by growing the white label business to achieve market share growth year on year. This role will provide a range of support services directly to the LMG network including assistance with loan structure, scenarios, accreditation coordination, and complaint management. The role will have specific responsibilities for technical content management in training, events, marketing collateral and websites.Key responsibilities -As part of your BDM role you will lead and support the BDM's in other states withSupport in goal setting and performanceEstablishing individual and team targets across the four White Label lendersResource and time allocation – ensuring the teams time is balanced between lender broker engagementCollaboration & engagement between other LMG teams and funder partnersAssist team members in resolving challenges or objectionsDrive a high performing and highly engaged teamCustomer Relationships:Book in Proactive appointments and phone calls with our broker networkWork with LMG team members to build broker relationships and broker knowledge of the Go Money offeringAttend State LMG meetings and provide updates and feedback on results against objectivesUtilise Hubspot to track activityOrganise group based strategic meetingsComplaint management (Broker & Customer) Post settlement enquiry and management (Broker & Customer) Operational:SME/Ownership of one White Label (WL) lender relationshipDrive lender BDM activityProduct pricing and policy exemptions escalationsPost settlement enquiry and managementTechnical:Oversee technical content (training, events, marketing collateral and websites)Data Input for Staff and Broker Loans submitted for White labelAccreditations trainings coordinationKPI's will be measured by white label market share growth, nationally and in each state.
