Our order entry team plays a central role in ensuring our customers receive only the best service.
We are seeking an order entry superstar who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a global company dedicated to improving the lives of millions of people with hearing loss.
As a member of our high performing order entry team, your responsibilities will include:
High volume order entry Maintaining communication across manufacturing, inventory, sales and customer care Following up with customers regarding orders via phone and email Skills And Experience
Previous experience in a fast paced, high volume data entry role High level of attention to detail Fast typing/data entry speed Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong MS Office skills Experience using Navision and/or Salesforce will be highly regarded To be successful in this role, you will need to be a team player with a positive "can do" attitude, be adaptable and comfortable working in a deadline driven environment.

Due to the requirement to handle physical orders and liaise with our production and logistics teams, this role is based full-time, on-site in our office (relocating to Julius Avenue, North Ryde in January 2025).
