This newly created role is a unique opportunity to join a growing company at a pivotal stage and make a significant impact on their future success.As the GMP Training Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and operational training programs, tailored to the unique requirements of viral vector manufacturing. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and as a member of the Operations Leadership Team, you will contribute to shaping a compliant, knowledgeable workforce equipped to excel in this cutting-edge field.Your key responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement comprehensive GMP training programs aligned with regulatory requirements and company objectives.Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for manufacturing, quality, and support teams.Develop complementary learning modules and materials to enhance training delivery.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address training needs and improve processes.Work with the Quality Assurance team to support audit readiness and address training-related observations.Regularly update training materials to reflect regulatory changes and internal process improvements.To be considered for this role, you will have the following qualifications and skills:Degree in Science, Pharmaceutical, or Biological fields.Proven expertise in GMP, ideally within biopharmaceutical or sterile manufacturing.Experience in developing SOPs, Work Instructions, and Training Manuals.Solid presentation skills.Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, resolve issues, and foster cross-functional collaboration.For a confidential conversation about this role, please call Grace Bitodi, Recruitment Manager, on 029431 2540.
